Mussel Pasta with Three-cheese Filling Under Tomato Hood

- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 500 ml Coarsely sieved tomatoes
- 1 Can Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sugar
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 100 g Taleggio cheese
- 150 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 25 piece Noodles Conchiglie, large clam noodles
- 30 g Parmesan

- Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add tomato paste and sauté briefly while stirring. Add the oregano, coarsely pureed tomatoes and cherry tomatoes with their juice. Simmer everything open for approx. 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a large baking dish. Grate the Parmesan. Drain the mozzarella. Finely dice the taleggio and mozzarella. Mix both with cream cheese and season with pepper. Fill uncooked pasta with the cheese cream. Spread the pasta close together in the pan. Pour the hot tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.
