- 4 size Eggs (from the farmer)
- Capers
- Butter
- Milk
- Flour
- 1 Splash Lemon
- 1 Splash Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- The eggs for about 7min. boil and after quenching let cool down. Melt the butter and then stir in the flour and mustard. Add the milk while stirring until it has a creamy consistency.
- Seasoning and finally add the capers. Peel the eggs and briefly put them in the sauce again. Make the puree and you’re done!
- Chives or parsley also go well here.
