Mustard Mashed Potatoes
The perfect mustard mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1000 g Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 40 g Branded butter
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 150 ml Boiling milk
- 2 tablespoon Mustard medium hot
- 1 half a teaspoon Pink pepper
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces; then bring to a boil covered with salted water and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Drain and place on the stove again to evaporate. Now mash it with the potato masher and melt the butter with it; When it has melted, stir in the crème fraiche and milk with the whisk and finally fold in the mustard.
- I served my mustard and mashed potatoes with a few pink peppercorns (rosalin) on a knuckle of pork with sauerkraut.
