Mustard Mashed Potatoes

The perfect mustard mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 40 g Branded butter
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 ml Boiling milk
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard medium hot
  • 1 half a teaspoon Pink pepper
  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces; then bring to a boil covered with salted water and cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain and place on the stove again to evaporate. Now mash it with the potato masher and melt the butter with it; When it has melted, stir in the crème fraiche and milk with the whisk and finally fold in the mustard.
  3. I served my mustard and mashed potatoes with a few pink peppercorns (rosalin) on a knuckle of pork with sauerkraut.
