Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small pickled cucumber(s)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 375 ml broth (instant)
- 200 g cream
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the cucumber and dice finely. Peel the onion and dice very finely. Heat the oil and sauté the cucumber and onion over low heat. Add the lemon juice, mustard, and broth and simmer over medium heat until creamy. Stir in the cream and season the sauce with salt. It goes perfectly with fried fish and bratwurst.
