Simple zucchini vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 m.-large bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Herbs of Provence
  • olive oil
  • Pepper, hot, amount to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the zucchini, peppers, and tomatoes (peel them first if necessary) into pieces. Finely dice the onion. Finely chop the chili pepper. Sauté the onion in oil. Add the zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, and chili and sauté everything in its own juices for about 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Serve with rice. You can add whatever your garden has to offer to the vegetables. Just be aware of the different cooking times!
