Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard or mild mustard)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very tasty and simple – without dairy products

Peel the garlic and chop very finely (do not press!). Then mix well with the remaining ingredients. It’s best to let the dressing sit for about 2 hours before serving, but it will keep for a few days in the refrigerator or can be eaten immediately.
