Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce (lettuce or other green salad)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Divide the lettuce into pieces, wash thoroughly, and place in a bowl. Mix the lemon juice, water, and sugar, seasoning if desired; it should taste really fresh and sweet and sour. Then pour the juice over the salad and serve. It’s simple, yet delicious and fresh.
