Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • ½ tsp oil
  • 1 cup Brunch Légère (15%)
  • 1 tsp, heaped horseradish
  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, 1.5%
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Peel the onion and chop very finely. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and cook the onion over very low heat until translucent. Now stir in the brunch, yogurt, horseradish, and mustard and heat through. Season with salt and serve immediately. Serve with soft-boiled eggs and potatoes, or with meat or grilled vegetables.
