Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 drops flavoring (almond)
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Oil (rose oil), for refining

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

This dough is kneaded thoroughly and rolled out. If it’s sticky, chill it for a while. Roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm, cut it out, and then bake it. The whole thing is dusted with powdered sugar or finished with rose oil.
