Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp cereal flakes (five-grain flakes)
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt 3.5%
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of physalis
  • possibly sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

tasty and quick

Mix the five-grain flakes with the yogurt. Stir in the finely chopped banana and physalis. If you like, you can sweeten the muesli with sugar or honey. It actually tastes good with any fresh fruit.
