My Asparagus Toast

  • 1 kg Asparagus
  • 5 Sch Boiled ham

  • 8 Pcs Cherry tomatoes (or 1 large tomato, pitted and diced)
  • 250 ml Hollandaise sauces bought or homemade
  • 70 g Grated Gouda cheese or other cheese to taste
  • Salt, pepper, butter
  1. First peel the asparagus and cook as usual. Halve the sticks.
  2. Melt the butter in a small casserole and let the cubed shallots in it turn translucent. Add the mushrooms and let them take some color. Salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add the ready-made hollandaise sauce and stir well. Season again to taste.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Cherry tomatoes do not have to be pitted.
