  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear(s) (or banana)

  • 4 tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • ½ tsp horseradish
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, small
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Suitable as a party salad, as the dressing is served separately.

Peel and quarter the eggs. Cut the ham into strips. Cut the apples into eighths. Slice the pear or banana. Deseed and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Cut the bell pepper and iceberg lettuce into strips. Mix everything well and place in a bowl. For the dressing, mix the listed ingredients thoroughly and grate in the garlic. Transfer to a small bowl and serve with the salad! You can also use cheese instead of the cooked ham; then it’s suitable for vegetarians.
