  • 2 Cans Cut mushrooms
  • 400 gr Herbal cheese spread

  1. Sear the pork fillet in a little oil, remove it, sauté the onion in the fat, then add the leek cut into rings and sauté a little. Deglaze with the beef stock, add the mushrooms, cook for 15 minutes. Add the meat to the soup. Processed cheese and cream, add salt, pepper and sherry to taste.
