Ingredients
- 1 kg Onions
- 1 kg Leek
- 1 kg Pork fillet cut into fine strips
- 2 L Beef broth
- 2 cans Cut mushrooms
- 400 g Herbal cheese spread
- 1 L Cream
- 125 ml Sherry
Instructions
- Sear the pork fillet in a little oil, remove it, sauté the onion in the fat, then add the leek cut into rings and sauté a little. Deglaze with the beef stock, add the mushrooms, cook for 15 minutes. Add the meat to the soup. Processed cheese and cream, add salt, pepper and sherry to taste.
