My grandmother's fried potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, unpeeled! in 5 mm thick slices
  • 500 g salmon, cut into 2 cm wide strips
  • 1 broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 2 apples, sour, peeled, cut into tiny cubes
  • 200 g nuts of your choice, in pieces
  • 2 large onions, peeled and finely chopped
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Very delicate!

Heat plenty of olive oil in a pan, briefly soften the onions, then add the white wine. Sauté gently for 10 minutes. Add the potato slices and season well. Brown for 15 minutes. Place the broccoli and nuts on top of the potatoes, cover briefly, and cook slowly until the salmon is just pink in the center. Sprinkle with apple pieces.
