My Neighbor’s Potato Salad!
The perfect my neighbor’s potato salad! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
to dice:
- 5 Pc. Pickled gherkins pickled
Slice :
- 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
to round off:
- 2 tablespoon Miracle Whip Balance
- 1 tablespoon Remoulade
bring to a boil :
- 100 ml Meatsoup
- 1 shot Cucumber water
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
Spice up :
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 5 turns Black pepper from the mill
- 1 Pc. Spring onions fresh, cut
- 3 Pc. Fresh radishes
Potatoes:
- Peel the potatoes, cut approx. 0.5 mm thick.
Cucumber:
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Eggs:
- Peel eggs, cut into slices or cubes.
Radishes:
- Wash the radishes and plane.
Marinade:
- Bring the meat stock, vinegar and cucumber water to the boil, allow to cool down a little, but still place on the hot potato slices, season the salad.
- Fold in Miracle Whip + Remoulade, sprinkle on the spring onions, fold in the radishes.
