Ingredients
- 500 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 Pc. Onion small
- 4 Pc. Gherkins
- 250 ml Miracle Whip Balance
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 15 ml Cucumber liquid
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cook them until they cool, boil the eggs (hard) Peel the onions and chop them very finely, cut the pickles into cubes
- Mix Miracle Whip, cucumber water, oil, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl. Dose the liquid carefully as the salad should not be too runny.
- Cut the potatoes into slices, cut 4 eggs into small pieces. Add the 1/2 onion and the cucumber to the mayonnaise. Mix everything well and let it flow through.
- Finally, cut the last 2 eggs into quarters (or if you like, in slices or cubes) and spread the parsley on top as a decoration. Good Appetite!
