Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Pc. Onion small
  • 4 Pc. Gherkins
  • 250 ml Miracle Whip Balance
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 15 ml Cucumber liquid
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cook them until they cool, boil the eggs (hard) Peel the onions and chop them very finely, cut the pickles into cubes
  • Mix Miracle Whip, cucumber water, oil, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl. Dose the liquid carefully as the salad should not be too runny.
  • Cut the potatoes into slices, cut 4 eggs into small pieces. Add the 1/2 onion and the cucumber to the mayonnaise. Mix everything well and let it flow through.
  • Finally, cut the last 2 eggs into quarters (or if you like, in slices or cubes) and spread the parsley on top as a decoration. Good Appetite!
