My Potato Salad

The perfect my potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Pc. Onion small
  • 4 Pc. Gherkins
  • 250 ml Miracle Whip Balance
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 15 ml Cucumber liquid
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • Parsley for garnish
  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them until they cool, boil the eggs (hard) Peel the onions and chop them very finely, cut the pickles into cubes
  2. Mix Miracle Whip, cucumber water, oil, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl. Dose the liquid carefully as the salad should not be too runny.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices, cut 4 eggs into small pieces. Add the 1/2 onion and the cucumber to the mayonnaise. Mix everything well and let it flow through.
  4. Finally, cut the last 2 eggs into quarters (or if you like, in slices or cubes) and spread the parsley on top as a decoration. Good Appetite!
