Napkin Ball
The perfect napkin ball recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc Bun old
- 250 ml Milk
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 2 tbsp Roasted onions
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Nutmeg
- Cut the rolls into small cubes. Heat milk. Put the buns, eggs, ham, fried onions and parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the hot milk over it and mix well. Put the bread roll mixture on a kitchen towel and form a roll out of it. Seal the ends with kitchen twine. Cook in hot salted water for about 30 minutes.
