Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 50 g bacon, lean
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 gherkins
- 1 bunch dill, fresh
- salt and pepper
- oil

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes or slices. Finely dice the onion, bacon, and gherkin, and chop the dill. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and then, without using any fat, add it to a bowl with the potatoes, onion, gherkin, and fresh dill. Season everything generously with oil, salt, and pepper, as the potatoes will absorb a lot of the seasoning. Let it simmer for a while and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
