Ingredients
 

Natural health mixture

  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 2 Chilli, red
  • 1 Remnants Ginger
  • 1 piece Horseradish, fresh
  • 1 Turmeric root
  • 0,25 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Flower honey
  • 1 bottle Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
 

Peel, grate & dice

  • Peel the garlic cloves & onions, press one, finely grate or dice the other. Finely chop the chilli. Wash ginger, horseradish & turmeric and grate finely. Put everything together in a bowl. Add fresh black pepper from the mill. Add honey and mix together.

Decanting

  • After everything has been mixed well, you put the whole thing in a bottle or whatever you have ready. Then pour the apple cider vinegar on top, close and shake well once so that everything can mix together. Then put it in a cool and dry place for two weeks. Shake it several times a day during this time. In this way, the active ingredients from the garlic and the chilli go into the apple cider vinegar.

Filter & shelf life

  • After about two weeks, the whole thing is filtered and poured into a sieve with a bowl underneath. In order to get as much liquid as possible, you press the whole mix together in the sieve until the last one comes out of liquid. Then give it to her in one or more bottles, depending on the size. It is recommended that you put the bottle in the refrigerator. Shelf life about 3 months but possibly longer. You can try that out by paying attention to whether it tastes & smells spicy. If not then please dispose of it!

application

  • Attention !!! This natural health mixture is strong and very hot! Take 1 tablespoon daily of the "natural health mixture" to strengthen your immune system and fight colds. It is best to put this in a glass of 150 ml water. Then increase the dose a little more each day until you have reached the total amount of a small liqueur glass that you should also dilute with water.
  • If you are struggling with a more serious illness or infection, take 1 tablespoon of the "Natural Health Mixture", 5 to 6 times a day (again diluted with water) - and depending on your tolerance, before or after meals. The effect is stronger on an empty stomach, but not everyone can take it, please keep this in mind. As a cure (for prevention or in case of illness) you could also do this, please take it for 14 days, then take a break of 4 weeks. Then take again for 14 days.

Explanation of the ingredients

    onion

    Flowerhoney

    • Due to its antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant effect, blossom honey is useful for both infections and many inflammatory processes. A very special property of honey is said to be its ability to prevent the formation of biofilms. Biofilms are associations of pathological bacteria in the body. Honey is said to be able to disrupt the communication system of these bacteria, so that these bacteria can no longer act as a closed group and thus also become more susceptible to antidotes, but also more vulnerable to the body's own immune system.

    Apple Cider Vinegar

    • Apple cider vinegar was already used for healing purposes by the father of medicine - Hippocrates - around 400 BC. It is said that he only used two remedies in the event of illness: honey and apple cider vinegar. Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar contains pectin, a fiber that lowers high cholesterol and regulates blood pressure. Apple cider vinegar also supports the mineral balance and thus bone health. Apple cider vinegar provides little calcium, but it helps the body to better absorb calcium from food. Since apple cider vinegar is also very rich in potassium, it restores shine to hair, strengthens nails and also helps detoxify the body. Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid, which is very effective against fungi and bacterial infections. Uric acid crystals are also dissolved by the malic acid around the joints, which leads to relief from joint pain.
