Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 m.-sized pear(s)
- 3 dates
- ½ apple, green
- 1 tsp honey
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
A natural energy boost
Peel and chop all the fruit. Add it to the blender along with the milk and honey and blend for about 2 minutes. Done. If you like, you can then add muesli, etc., and scoop the whole thing out.
