Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large orange(s), juicy sweet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, good quality
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the oranges and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Combine the orange pieces with the olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the salad stand for 10 minutes before serving.
