Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, still slightly greenish
  • 7 basil leaves
  • oregano
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and remove the stem ends. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and remove the seeds. Rinse the basil, pat dry, and finely slice. Mix with the tomatoes and oregano. Crush the garlic and stir into the oil along with salt and pepper. Pour over the tomatoes and mix well. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
