Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard, hot
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 5 capers, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine oil, vinegar, and mustard. Peel and dice the onion. Finely dice the gherkins. Peel and finely chop the egg. Rinse, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Stir in the ingredients along with the capers. Season with salt and pepper.
