Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 nectarines
  • 160 g grapes
  • 100 ml apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Place the fruit in the blender and blend thoroughly. It’s important that both the fruit and the juice are refrigerated for about two hours beforehand so the juice is nice and cold. You can also add a handful of crushed ice to the blender instead.
