  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 nectarines
  • 500 ml passion fruit juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings
  • Nectarine(s) in wedges

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with the sugar and stir in a few tablespoons of passion fruit juice. Bring the remaining passion fruit juice to a boil, stir in the mixed pudding mix, and bring to a boil briefly. Let cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, pit the nectarines, remove the skin if desired, and cut into pieces. Place the quark in a bowl, add about a third of the slightly cooled passion fruit pudding to the quark, and mix until creamy. Mix the nectarine pieces into the quark mixture and sweeten to taste. Now alternate layers of the quark mixture and the remaining passion fruit pudding in glasses. Garnish with nectarines and chocolate shavings, and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Peaches are also suitable instead of the nectarines. Summery, fruity, and refreshing… and tart!
