Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 nectarines
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • e.g. agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and chop the nectarines, peel and chop the banana. Blend the fruit with the butter, lemon juice, and quark, and season with agave syrup if desired.
