Nectarine Pudding Cake.
The perfect nectarine pudding cake. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Shortcrust :
- 250 g Sifted flour
- 90 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 3 tablespoon Water cold
Covering:
- 4 Pc. Nectarines
- 0,75 liter Not-From-Concentrate apple
- 2 packet Custard powder
- 125 g Sugar
- 50 g Chopped almonds
Decorate:
- 200 g Cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar, own production
Shortcrust :
- Sieve the flour on a surface. Put butter, sugar, egg + water in a well, knead quickly.
- Grease springform form 28. Insert the dough, squeeze out evenly, pull up the small edge.
- Halve the nectarines, remove the seeds and place on top.
- Cook a pudding, spread over the fruit. Scatter the almonds.
- Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 45 minutes. Let cool in the form on a rack.
Decorate:
- Whip the cream with vanilla sugar + cream stiffener until stiff, put in a piping bag with a 15 mm star nozzle. Pour on tuffs, cut, serve.
