Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 bananas, frozen, sliced
- 2 tbsp, heaped peanut butter
- 6 tbsp, heaped cocoa
- 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan banana ice cream
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the consistency isn’t ideal, adjust with almond milk. Tips: Depending on the power of your blender, chop the bananas before freezing. The sweeter you want the ice cream, the riper the bananas should be when freezing. Hazelnuts taste great on top.
