Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 6 eggs, boiled
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 1 bag(s) of ready-made salad dressing mix (Salad Crown 7 Herbs or to taste)
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Trim and dice the bell peppers. Drain the corn. Wash the spring onions and slice them into rings. Peel and slice the eggs. Layer the iceberg lettuce, bell peppers, corn, spring onions, and eggs in the following row in a glass bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with the salad dressing and spread it over the salad. Halve the cherry tomatoes and top the salad with them. Tip: Add the cherry tomatoes just before serving!
