Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

A moist cake that everyone will love! A great way to use Santa and the Easter Bunny.

Combine the flour with sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Then stir in the eggs, softened butter, milk, and flavoring. Finely chop the chocolate and add it to the batter. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at about 170 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Finally, once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and give your colleagues at the office a little treat.
