Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ pineapple
  • 2 handfuls of spinach (baby), fresh
  • 150 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the apple juice, in a blender and puree. Then add enough apple juice until the desired consistency is reached. You can be very creative with the ingredients. The smoothie also tastes great with mango and orange. You can also use other juices or water.
