One of the favorite dishes of Thailand travelers
Chop the vegetables and meat into fine strips. Finely chop the chili. Mix the eggs, soy sauce, curry paste, and oyster sauce with the vegetables and meat. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well. It’s best to fry a small amount of the mixture in a pan beforehand to check if you need any more seasoning. Use two teaspoons to form small balls and fry until golden brown. Enjoy with sweet and spicy sauce. I was in Thailand in 2000 and ate this dish often, but unfortunately I’ve never found a recipe for it online. A restaurant in Thailand emailed me the recipe upon request, unfortunately without exact quantities. I tried it in these proportions and found it good.
