Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta (bows, croissants, etc.)
- ½ jar tomato(s), dried, pickled in oil
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g sugar snap peas
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp cream (light salad cream)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with dried tomatoes, feta cheese, sugar snap peas and light dressing
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Then toss in cold water to interrupt the cooking process and prevent sticking. Drain sun-dried tomatoes and cut into thin strips. Cut feta cheese into small cubes. Briefly soak the snow peas in hot water, then halve them crosswise. Combine sour cream, yogurt, salad dressing, vinegar, and spices to make a dressing and season to taste. Combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix everything together.
