Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 425 ml Noilly Prat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 hours 15 minutes

Refreshing for festive menus

Heat the water with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the Noilly Prat. Chill in a sealable container in the freezer. As soon as the first ice crystals form (this will take several hours due to the high alcohol content), stir with a fork every half hour to prevent the ice crystals from becoming too large. Immediately before serving, scrape off thin shavings with a spoon and serve in ice-chilled glasses.
