Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries, fresh
  • 200 g sugar (as needed)
  • 2 bottles of sweet white wine
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Simple, strawberries, white wine and sparkling wine

Hull the strawberries, add sugar, and let them steep. Add a bottle of wine. Store the bowl in a cool place. Two to five hours later, add the second bottle of wine and the sparkling wine and serve.
