Noodle and broccoli pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 150 g ham, raw or lean bacon, diced
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 400 g broccoli, frozen or fresh, blanched
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

On the table in just 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Blanch the broccoli in salted water. Sauté the bacon and onions in butter or margarine until translucent. Mix the eggs with the cheese and cream, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything in a pan and let it set.
