Noodle and vegetable pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 liters of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

One Pot

Cut the zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic clove into small pieces. Cook the pasta in the vegetable broth until it is just slightly firm. Then drain half of the broth. Add the vegetables to the pot and let it simmer, covered. Add the tomato paste and cream, and season with salt and pepper.
