Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g macaroni, short, also leftovers from the day before
  • 1 tbsp, heaped butter
  • 2 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs, preferably from the bakery
  • n. B. Salt

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

I love the crust on pasta bakes, and that’s why I came up with the following recipe: Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, and toss it with the butter, salt, and breadcrumbs while it’s still hot. Place the pasta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, as close together as possible. Grill in the oven on the highest setting until browned to your liking. You have to stay with it, because it cooks very quickly. This also works with leftover pasta, of course. You just need to mix in the melted butter.
