Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g chicken, shredded
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 75 g beans, white, from the can
- 125 g pasta (spelt pasta)
- some salt
- some pepper
- some sweet paprika powder
- some curry powder
- olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
When things need to happen quickly.
Cook the spelt pasta in plenty of water until tender. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan. Season the meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder and sear until crispy. Add the vegetables and sear. Then add the cooked pasta and stir in the white beans just before the end. Briefly sear everything together, season to taste, and serve.
