Noodle salad with soy sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • ½ poultry meat sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti. Cut the sausage into small cubes, along with the bell peppers. Slice the leek into thin rings. Mix everything together. Mix the Chinese spice, sugar, oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce for the dressing. Fold the dressing into the salad and let it simmer for a moment.
