  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 25 g cream cheese spread, 1 corner
  • 25 g processed cheese, herbs, 1 corner
  • Broth, clear
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • curry powder
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

unusual, but extremely tasty

Cook the noodles according to the instructions. Coarsely grate the cucumber and sauté. Deglaze with clear broth. Add the sour cream and cream cheese and let it melt slowly. Do not boil! Season generously with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and a little curry powder. Add herbs, if desired.
