Noodles with palm cabbage and shredded meat – also delicious vegetarian!

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat (any type of meat – can be omitted)
  • 5 leaves of black cabbage (palm cabbage), cleaned, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • e.g. walnut oil or neutral oil
  • n. B. Cream cheese walnut
  • salt and pepper
  • Cremefine (7%)
  • Milk or oat milk
  • sour cream
  • n. B. white wine
  • spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

I made this dish with shredded chicken, oat milk, Cremefine, and sour cream. But it can just as easily be made completely vegetarian. Heat walnut oil, sauté the onion and garlic with the shredded chicken. Add the chopped cabbage and sauté. Deglaze with white wine and milk and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper and add the chopped tomatoes. If you like, you can also add walnut puree. Finally, stir in about 1 tablespoon of sour cream and season to taste. I cook whole-wheat pasta, spelt pasta, or durum wheat pasta with this dish.
