Noodles with tuna – soy sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta of your choice
  • salt water
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 12 tbsp soy sauce
  • 350 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the tuna, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Halve the capers. Briefly heat the soy sauce in a pan and lightly sauté the tomatoes. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Add the tuna and the halved capers, heat briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
