Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g nougat
  • Chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, hazelnuts, and baking powder. Add the butter and egg. Knead well into a dough and chill for about an hour. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut out circles. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Melt the nougat. Spread the nougat on the bottom of half of the cooled circles and place the other circles on top. Once dry, dip half of the nougat circles into the chocolate coating and let them dry again.
