Nougat drinking chocolate on a skewer

Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 150 g chocolate (nougat chocolate)
  • e.g. vanilla or other spices

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Roughly chop the nougat chocolate and melt it slowly in a double boiler. Stir a little vanilla or other spices into the melted chocolate, if desired. Pour the chocolate mixture into small plastic shot glasses and let it harden slightly. Carefully insert wooden skewers into the glasses as “holders” and let them harden completely (refrigerate). Once completely cooled, the chocolate can be removed from the glasses using a little warm water. Melt the skewers into a cup (approx. 200 ml each) filled with hot milk. Instead of nougat chocolate, any other chocolate can be used. You can also be creative with the spices. The chocolate sticks also make a great gift. Simply wrap them attractively and label them.
