Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- Salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 140 g nuts
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- Cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cream the butter with sugar and egg yolk until fluffy. Knead in the remaining ingredients. Chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out and cut out cookies. Place on a prepared baking sheet in a preheated oven at 160°C (325°F) and bake for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, leave as is or cover with chocolate glaze.
