Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 150 g Mixed nuts
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cream cheese alla bruschetta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Oregano
  • Oil
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Peel the onion and garlic cloves, dice them finely and sauté in the oil until translucent.
  • Clean the peppers, finely dice them, add to the onions and sauté briefly.
  • Stir in the pizza tomatoes and cream cheese, season everything with salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  • Chop the nuts in a food processor and stir into the sauce
  • Drain the pasta in a sieve, place on a plate, add the sauce, and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
