Nut Pesto La Andy

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 150 g Mixed nuts
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 a cup Cream cheese alla bruschetta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Oregano
  • Oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic cloves, dice them finely and sauté in the oil until translucent.
  3. Clean the peppers, finely dice them, add to the onions and sauté briefly.
  4. Stir in the pizza tomatoes and cream cheese, season everything with salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  5. Chop the nuts in a food processor and stir into the sauce
  6. Drain the pasta in a sieve, place on a plate, add the sauce, and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
