Nut Pesto La Andy

- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Mixed nuts
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 a cup Cream cheese alla bruschetta
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Oregano
- Oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves, dice them finely and sauté in the oil until translucent.
- Clean the peppers, finely dice them, add to the onions and sauté briefly.
- Stir in the pizza tomatoes and cream cheese, season everything with salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- Chop the nuts in a food processor and stir into the sauce
- Drain the pasta in a sieve, place on a plate, add the sauce, and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
