Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If desired, garnish the mounds with whole hazelnuts. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
