Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 400 g nuts, ground
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate
  • Fat, for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, egg, salt, sugar, and butter and roll it out on a greased baking sheet. For the nut filling, mix the marzipan, rum, and nuts well. Bring the butter, crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a boil in a saucepan and let cool slightly. Then mix in the nut mixture and spread it on the pastry sheet. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes. Cut into triangles and dip the tips in the melted chocolate.
