Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Nutella (or other nut nougat spread)
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g sugar

Place the Nutella in a mixing bowl and melt it in the microwave or in a double boiler. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add about half of it to the Nutella. Mix everything well and then add the egg. Add the sugar and mix well again. Gradually add the remaining flour and mix well (the dough should have the consistency of play dough). Then, using two tablespoons, spread the dough in walnut-sized blobs onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake in a preheated oven at 140°C (top/bottom heat: 110°C). Tip: If you prefer the cookies extra crispy (like me), I recommend baking for 20 minutes. For those who prefer them softer, reduce the baking time accordingly (about 10 minutes).
